The Brief
The client required a factory made double classroom and provide a healthy and pleasant environment.
Concept
6 bays measuring 18m x 9.9m. Built off site in our factory with insulated composite steel external cladding. The finished structure comprised of two separate 65m2 classrooms, 2 x storage rooms, a cloakroom and lobby with toilets.
The Results
An energy efficient modular construction and an aestically pleasing structure for the surrounding environment. Meets the latest building regulations and achieves the required U-values.
