Have you got any site drawings, specs or indeed site photos to help us build the best picture we can to give you the very best advice?
The site is really important, as it is the home for your bespoke modular project. Let us know any details in the box below.
All our buildings are bespoke (hence the tagline) and your classroom needs are unique to you. Once we have your dimensions, we design to specific structural engineering calculations.

Issues to consider for installation of a modular build:
It is important to take some time to look at the best possible fit for the environment where the modular classroom is being installed. Wintech Modular buildings are all bespoke and the finish is no exception.

There are lots of ways to enhance your new build with careful thought to the access points. We can talk these through with you, so you get the very best looking and functioning facility for all your stakeholders.
To enable us to give you a ballpark figure for investment costs we offer 3 standard finishing styles for you to build a quote from..
Each finish offers their own colour choices and great warranties:
These 3 finishing’s are discussed in more detail in this article.
We also offer brick and stone slip finish but that is quoted separately.

What external lighting is required?
Please let us know of any of your external lighting requirements.
Flat roof is the standard, but you do have the opportunity to enhance your building with an Apex roof – as a guide this will take the finished height of a standard modular building from 3m to 3.5m.
Your budget, site and situation will help you decide on your preferred roof.
Our standard external doors are metal, and the finish compliments the chosen cladding and external finish.
Our standard Wintech windows are double glazed UPVC with obscure glass in toilets and showers as standard.
